Couples Therapy

“…it is certain that almost any good man and any good woman can have happiness and a successful marriage if both are willing to pay the price.”

Let Us Help you Rediscover your Happily Ever After

Couples Therapy

Couples therapy is used to enhance the relationship and connection between two adults engaged in a long-term relationship. They may be experiencing problems, big or small, in their relationship and want to understand the “why.” In therapy, we address issues using forgiveness techniques and empowerment tools to help each feel seen, heard, and validated to successfully move toward a healthier relationship.

Couples Coaching

Coaching involves in-person or online tools to help a couple identify obstacles and problematic behaviors to create goals to move forward.

About Couples Therapy

Dieter F. Uchtdorf said:
“Great marriages are built brick by brick, day after day, over a lifetime. And that is good news. Because no matter how flat your relationship may be at the present, if you keep adding pebbles of kindness, compassion, listening, sacrifice, understanding, and selflessness, eventually a mighty pyramid will begin to grow. If it appears to take forever, remember: happy marriages are meant to last forever.”

If your marriage is struggling, you are in the right place. As you work together to add pebbles of kindness, compassion, listening, sacrifice, understanding, selflessness, and forgiveness, your marriage can heal and grow.

Through my experience, I’ve discovered that we often project our own thoughts, feelings, expectations, and beliefs onto others without even realizing it. And the majority of marriages struggle because couples haven’t learned how to truly forgive one another.

In couples therapy, I help couples recognize and understand how they are contributing to their marriage and how they can create positive change in any relationship by releasing pain, renewing hope, and restoring light.

By inviting marriage partners to look within themselves to find the answers on how to strengthen their marriage relationship, they can then utilize the power of forgiveness to access tools that will help heal and restore their marriage.
