Is Individual Therapy Right for you?
Individual Therapy
If you want to diagnose, understand, change deep-seated beliefs, and heal past trauma, or get help with a mental health concern, a therapist might be better suited for you. I offer online and in-person therapy for clients in Utah. While I prefer in-person if possible, I love being able to provide online to make it easier for your busy or difficult traveling schedule. I use a confidential video platform you can access from the comfort of your home or office. You can use a laptop, tablet, or a smartphone. Or, if you prefer in person, contact me and I can provide directions to my office.
Online Coaching
If you are feeling stuck and are looking at identifying obstacles and problematic behaviors to create goals to move forward, then coaching may be best for you. I offer online coaching services to clients outside of Utah. I can use Graf Stress Management techniques online or work on current blocks or negative thought patterns to help you move forward. I cannot do diagnosing or work through insurances with coaching.

About Individual Therapy
As an intuitive Christian counselor, I help elevate individuals to their higher self and higher purpose by teaching them how to release pain and let go of hurts and offenses through steps to forgiveness.
We’ve all been taught the importance of forgiveness, but most of us were never taught how to do it correctly, and we don’t always see the benefit of it.
By utilizing unique steps to forgiveness, I teach clients how to actually release their hurts and pains and traumas that they've experienced throughout their lives, and finally let them go.
There are generally two different ways we deal with hurts and offenses. We might get back at a person or seek revenge by withholding affection, withholding love, or cutting off ties. Most of us, however, stuff those offenses down and they become depression, anxiety, and physical health
issues.
Using kinesiology, I can identify what stresses a person is carrying in their body and then sort through those traumas, hurts, and offenses to see which is currently affecting them. Then, utilizing the tools to forgiveness, I help clients release the pain associated with those stresses so they can heal and move forward in their life.
Once they’ve released the pain, I then help to renew hope through identifying action steps they can take to relieve the stress they are experiencing from depression, anxiety, and negative emotions. Finally, I help clients restore light back to their true authentic self so they can become who they were meant to be.
Clients leave our sessions feeling lighter and brighter, as if they’ve left a load of bricks behind, enabling them to move forward in their life with freedom, happiness, and real joy.
